1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using NyayaOS Ultra at blackboxai.co.in you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a licensed legal professional or a person accessing legal tools for lawful purposes.
• You have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation.
• You will comply with all applicable Indian laws including the IT Act 2000, Bar Council of India Rules, and applicable court rules.

2. Description of Service

NyayaOS Ultra provides AI-powered legal tools including but not limited to: case analysis, document drafting, statute research, translation, cross-examination preparation, court filing assistance, and a conversational AI legal assistant.

The platform operates on a subscription model with a free tier. Plan details and pricing are published at blackboxai.co.in/pricing.

3. AI Disclaimer — Not Legal Advice

• AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or hallucinations.
• You must independently verify all legal citations, statute references, and case law before relying on them.
• NyayaOS does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular legal matter.
• The professional responsibility for legal advice remains entirely with the licensed advocate.

4. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account at support@blackboxai.co.in.
• One account per person. Sharing credentials with other users is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be sharing access.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as chosen at signup. Payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date from your billing settings.
• Upgrades take effect immediately; unused days of the current plan are prorated.
• Downgrades take effect at the next renewal cycle.
• Refunds: we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time Pro subscriptions. Subsequent billing periods are non-refundable except as required by consumer protection law.
• If payment fails, the account reverts to the Free tier after a 7-day grace period.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use NyayaOS Ultra to:

• Upload, process, or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights.
• Submit false or fabricated case materials to the AI for use in actual legal proceedings.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract training data or model weights from the platform.
• Use the platform to impersonate another advocate, judge, or legal officer.
• Circumvent subscription limits through automated scripting or multiple accounts.
• Use AI-generated content without proper review and take professional responsibility, in violation of Bar Council of India Rules.
• Upload content that is subject to a court-imposed sealing order or non-disclosure injunction without appropriate authority.

7. Intellectual Property

Platform: All software, design, branding, and original content comprising NyayaOS Ultra is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Your content: You retain full ownership of all documents, case notes, and data you upload. By uploading content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

AI output: AI-generated drafts, analyses, and summaries produced in response to your prompts are provided to you for your use. We do not claim ownership of AI outputs generated for you.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, NyayaOS Ultra and its officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated content in legal proceedings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of data, revenue, profit, or business opportunity.
• Service interruptions, outages, or security incidents outside our reasonable control.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NyayaOS Ultra and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
• Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. You may export your data before cancellation; we will retain data per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law or our services. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We encourage resolution of disputes through our grievance process before initiating legal proceedings.
